The buses depart from Madaba at 6:00 AM and from Amman at 7:00 AM, with service continuing until 8:00 PM in both directions. A bus will depart every 30 minutes from each direction.

The BRT route includes key areas such as Tariq, the North Bus Station, Al Madinah Al Riyadiah(Sport City) Circle, Wadi Saqra Junction, Princess Basma Street, Abdoun Corridor, Airport Road, Al-Zaytouna University, Madaba Bridge, Andalusia, Kings Academy, Al-Mahaba Circle, and the Islamic Bank in Madaba.

The buses will operate on the designated "BRT" lanes within Amman, avoiding regular roads and taking the service road along the airport road for a faster and more efficient journey.
