15/ Jordan Post Launches 2025 Commemorative Stamp for Expo Osaka Pavilion
Amman, April 15 (Petra) – Jordan Post on Thursday will release a 2025 commemorative stamp issue titled "Jordanian Pavilion at Expo Osaka, Japan" for public sale and stamp collectors. According to a statement by the Jordan Post Company on Tuesday, the issue comprises three single-denomination stamps valued at 30 piasters each, a commemorative card priced at 80 piasters, and a first-day cover bearing the complete stamp set valued at JD2.2. The release seeks to highlight the Kingdom's participation in Expo Osaka and symbolize Jordan’s commitment to fostering global dialogue and cultural exchange. The stamps reflect the enduring wisdom and heritage of Jordan, a land where civilizations have long converged, offering a message of shared knowledge, cooperation, and peace for future generations. Collectors and interested members of the public may obtain the commemorative issue from the Stamps Department at the Jordan Post Company’s headquarters in Muqablin, adjacent to the Radio and Television Building, starting Thursday morning. The stamps will also be available at the following post offices: Jabal Amman, Luweibdeh, Downtown, Abdali, Irbid Central, Madaba Central, Aqaba Central, Jerash Central, Petra, Karak, Ajloun, Salt, Fuhais, and the Jerash Visitors Center. //Petra// AJ
