Amman, April 12 (Petra) – Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Interior announced on Saturday a series of measures aimed at ensuring the safety of pilgrims and facilitating their performance of Hajj with ease and security for the 1446 Hijri season.

According to the Saudi Press Agency, the final date for the entry of Umrah pilgrims into the Kingdom is Sunday, 15 Shawwal 1446H (April 13, 2025), while the last date for their departure is Tuesday, 1 Dhu al-Qi'dah 1446H (April 29, 2025).

The Ministry emphasized that no entry will be allowed into Mecca for any visa holders, except for those with a Hajj visa, starting from Tuesday, 1 Dhu al-Qi'dah 1446H (April 29, 2025).

It also urged adherence to the regulations for this year’s Hajj season and cooperation with relevant authorities to ensure the safety and security of pilgrims. Violations of these regulations will result in legal penalties.
