Amman, Nov. 21 (Petra) – A Jordanian government delegation recently visited Saudi Arabia to explore the country’s advanced approaches to archiving and digital transformation, aiming to implement these best practices in Jordan.

According to a statement released by the Royal Hashemite Documentation Center (RHDC), the delegation's visit included a series of meetings and site tours at key institutions, including the company "Elm," the Unified Archive Center, and Justice Services. They examined document restoration and archiving techniques, focusing on how digital solutions have improved citizen services and streamlined notary processes.

Additionally, the delegation participated in a workshop that addressed major challenges and potential solutions in the archiving field. Members highlighted the significance of this visit as a new opportunity to strengthen Arab collaboration in archiving and digital transformation, emphasizing the importance of adopting global best practices that align with technological advancements.

This initiative aligns with an agreement between the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and the RHDC, aimed at developing electronic archiving projects that enhance institutional efficiency and support broader digital transformation within government agencies.

The delegation also acknowledged the strategic partnership with "KBW," which aims to deliver innovative archiving services that meet international standards while preserving national documents in a modern operational framework.
