Gaza Strip, Nov 17 (Petra) -- Israeli forces carried out six massacres in the Gaza Strip in the last 24 hours, and 47 bodies and 139 injured people arrived in hospitals, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.

That raised the death toll to 43,846 and the total number of injuries to 103,740, it said Sunday in its latest update of casualties from Israel's ongoing war that began on October 7, 2023.

It said many victims remained under the rubble of buildings bombed in airstrikes and artillery shelling, or were on roads inaccessible by ambulance and rescue teams.
