Amman, Nov.16 (Petra) - Temperatures will drop slightly Saturday, and the weather will be pleasant almost countrywide and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily update said.

According to the JMD report , the weather Sunday will remain substantially unchanged as the day earlier.

On Monday, temperatures will drop slightly and and rain showers are forecast in the Kingdom's northern and parts of the central-western regions.

The department added that light showers are likely to occur is in the Kingdom's northern and central areas.

Also today, mercury in the capital Amman will reach a high of 21 degrees Celsius and a low of 8?, while the port city of Aqaba will see a charming 27? , sliding to 16? at night.
