The course, delivered by trainer Mohammad Al-Bashtawi, coincided with the celebration of the UN Arabic Language Day and aimed to enhance the linguistic skills of participants for use in their journalistic work.

It also sought to expand participants' knowledge of various grammatical issues and strengthen their ability to apply best practices in modern linguistic editing, aligning with the rapid developments in media and communication tools. The course aimed to enable the production of error-free content.

Petra's Director General, Fayrouz Mubaydeen, said that the Arabic language is a vibrant and rich medium, full of meanings and expressions that can be utilized to support journalistic work while keeping pace with advancements in communication and media.
