Gaza, Dec. 18 (Petra) – The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that Israeli occupation forces carried out three massacres within the past 24 hours, resulting in 38 deaths and 203 injuries requiring hospital treatment.

The ministry’s daily report highlighted that many victims remain trapped under rubble or stranded in inaccessible areas, as ambulance and civil defense teams face severe challenges in reaching them.

The total death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza has now climbed to 45,097, with 107,244 individuals injured, according to the ministry's statistics.
