Amman, Dec. 17 (Petra) – Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply, Yarub Qudah, announced that Jordanian trucks will be allowed to enter Syrian territories starting Wednesday through the Jaber border crossing.

Qudah told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) on Tuesday that this decision will facilitate the flow of goods and cargo movement between Jordan and Syria.

He added that he will visit the Jaber border crossing and the Jordanian-Syrian Free Zone on Thursday to review the progress of operations and arrangements related to trade exchange between the two countries.

The Syrian authorities recently decided to cancel all types of fees and stamps that were previously imposed at the Jaber border crossing.
