The program, which is part of the cooperation between the Jordanian Judicial Institute and the European Union Police Mission in Palestine, aims to enhance participants' capabilities in building an integrated legislative framework aligned with judicial application. It also addresses the role of judicial rulings in deriving legal principles and the methods for establishing these principles. The program will run for four days.

In a related context, the Judicial Institute held a conference on international cooperation in cybersecurity cases via video conferencing, in cooperation with the Arab Center for Legal and Judicial Research. The conference was attended by judges, public prosecutors, specialized law enforcement officials, lawyers, judicial institute students, and legal professionals from the justice sector.

The conference covered the national, regional, and international legislative frameworks governing cyber and electronic crimes, as well as mechanisms for international cooperation in addressing such cases.
