Amman, Dec. 17 (Petra) – Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Huneiti, visited the Command and Control Center at the Special Communications Commission on Tuesday, where he was received by its director.

Huneiti was briefed by the Commission Director General on the Command and Control Center operations, as well as the modern systems and technologies utilized. These tools are considered key to ensuring effective and secure communication between military units across various locations.

The army chief emphasized the importance of developing the infrastructure of military communications and enhancing the center's readiness to keep pace with technological advancements. This, he noted, is crucial for boosting the armed forces' ability to efficiently carry out their missions. He also highlighted the need to continue training center personnel on the latest systems to ensure a swift and effective response under all conditions.

At the end of the visit, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff commended the efforts of the personnel at the Special Communications Commission, which contribute to strengthening cooperation among various entities and ensuring the readiness of the armed forces at all times.
