Amman, Dec. 16 (Petra) – The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) issued a warning on Monday evening regarding the formation of frost during the late night hours and Tuesday morning in the mountainous areas, the Badia, plains, and parts of the northern Jordan Valley.

In a statement, the JMD urged citizens, particularly farmers, to take the necessary precautions to protect crops and property.
