Ramallah, Oct 5 (Petra) -- Israeli occupation forces Wednesday killed a Palestinian citizen and injured six others in Deir al-Hatab town, east of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank.

The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that the Israeli forces shot in the head a 21-year-old Palestinian. He was announced dead upon arrival at the hospital.

Two of the injured six were identified as journalists, it said, adding that several others had breathing difficulties after the Israeli troops hurled tear gas at them.
